I found the breakfast area to be better than before, and staff handled my special requests with care. My room was bright and organized, although I wished for more accessible power outlets for charging devices. I appreciate the location for its easy freeway access, convenient for exploring the area . It met my needs as a single traveler enjoying a time away from the vibrant streets of New York.

double room was spotless and cool with king bed. a microwave oven, climate control, and an iron were standard, but i thoroughly enjoyed that. the location of this hotel next to a nearby waffle house, and close to shopping center was awesome. moreover, it was 4.4e+02 km from camping levesque.

Had a wonderful stay for my business trip, glad I've chosen it.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

The night manager accommodated us, but the carpet was horrible.

They allowed me to check in early and offered good breakfast

The room floors were pretty filthy. They could use new carpets. And they had no ACs on anywhere. It was really hot walking in.

We appreciated staying in this clean hotel. The room we booked was spotless, with Wifi, a king bed plus the refrigerator. Besides, the location was convenient for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Arch. This property was set in a good area.

The outdoor pool is a great way to relax, and it's conveniently located near the national cemetery. The check-in process was a bit rocky, but the manager helped me out. The staff at the lobby could be more friendly, but the room was comfortable enough for my solo trip.

So we stayed for a night and I gotta say, the staff was super helpful, especially this amazing lady at the front desk. We needed a bunch of things and she really came through. The room was clean and the beds were comfy, but that side door? Kind of sketchy and the key card access was all taped up. Food was easy with Waffle House next door.

Rooms need to be updated as well as lobby. There were not enough toiletries such as shampoo lotion...

We stayed in a bright queen room with two double beds, and it was a great experience.

Breakfast was waffles and yogurt. That's it. Good thing there's a Denny's right across the street. There's also a Waffle House on the same property. Give your guests a price break and negotiate a discount for room guests at one of the restaurants. That'd be a better deal.

We arrived late. 11pm. The desk clerk seemed like he was upset that we were disturbing him sooo late.

Nothing pleasant about the stay

No elevator, kids running up & down hallway at 2am, sheets had stains, linens looked like they hadn't been laundered. Had to lay towels down on bed before I could sleep on it.
